Shipping policy

We currently ship domestically in the US and internationally. Items are made-to-order and will require 3-4 weeks of production before shipping. Orders shipping within the Continental US will ship based on your choice via UPS Ground Shipping (5-7 business days) or 2-Day Air insured with tracking. 
 

All international shipments are sent via DHL or UPS (15 business days). Please note that international packages may be subject to customs fees. We hope you understand that these charges are outside of Studio Alev's authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials, therefore not included in the shipping prices. While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for. 

Studio Alev does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
